Fill in the form, bring or send us your shoes, and within two working days of receiving them we will tell you exactly what needs doing and what it will cost. No registration needed.
The price comes after inspection, not from a photo
The form shows an estimate straight away, but we set the final list of work and the price once the shoes are with us. We agree them with you before we start.
Nothing starts without your approval
You can cancel until you approve the quote. After approval the work is made to order, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
We invoice before shipping
The shoes go out after payment. Return delivery is listed separately on the invoice: Unisend €2, Omniva €3–4.50 (by parcel size). Collecting the shoes at the workshop is free.
